Dennis, that wouldn't be the same unmentioned book on the last weekends run you guys had would it? Why do I have the feeling that I won't have to wet my fingers to turn the pages. :-* :-* :-* I got the pics from Clark and somehow although the edmonds cook is a good read I wasn't aware that Mike was into cooking,,,,,,, except his own goose. :o :o :o He He.. I thought I saw a D.B in those pics.

Shaun, out on Ruamahanga yesterday, launched at Gladstone, plenty of water.
Maybe on to launch at main road bridge on the Waiohine this Sunday and have a bit of a look?????????.
that way we can launch gladstone for following sundays uplifting.
Anyone else out ther for a bit of boating sunday.
(the Ruamahanga and Waiohine are in the Wairarapa, for south islanders that is north of the ditch)

For some reason outlook would not let me open attachments anyway may get a peak at them around at Mikes place tonight, which I might add looks as though he needs to expand the back yard what with 3 boats  ;D ;D ;D  1 partly completed horse float  :P 1 4wd  ;D 1 wife  ???  and a 4 legged rug rat ;D ;D ;D  space is becoming a rare commoditie there.................

djm, Still on for Sunday as keen as mustard. Bad weather forcasted for tonight and tomorrow so lets hope it clears for the weekend.can you email me your phone no again as I lost it. Both weekends look good for me at this stage. Would be keen to get as far up the Waiohine as possible.  ta Shaun

Don't worry Mike, If there are any mackcraft parts in the river, once again me and the subby will pick them up...AGAIN. ;D ;D

dennis; the 4 legged rat is just a boy thingy with ears, well as good as one anyway ;D ;D ;D Gee Mike has got worse since he moved south he has added a horse float to his collection. But be assured that when he finishes the projects they will be better that new.

Shaun, phone 06 3772114 or mobile 025 464664.
Anyone wanting to go for a run on the Manawatu gorge and wanting another boat, I'll be up there from about 3-5 pm saturday with my big boat. the gorge is running about 1.2-1.4 metres at the moment which is just the right height for the white horse rapid.

Shaun, how does 11am at waiohine bridge suit you? If there isnt enough water we could go down to Morisons Bush and boat up from there. In tonights paper there is notifacation of uplifting for Sunday 6th, Gladstone up.
If weather is foul will phone you.
