Well Easter is just about here
and its getting close to fun time
, hope everyones geared up and rearin to go. The weathers not lookin great at the moment but its suppose to be OK on the coast so fingers crossed. Im leaving on Fri about 7.30am, Ill be getting on the West Coast road from the Waimak Gorge so may see yous on the road. Drive safely and watch out for those chaps in brightly coloured cars who hand out slips of paper and tell you to have a good day (it really made my day NOT$$$), they seem to love people who are towing trailers. Cheers Leon

Actual forcast for the coast over the weekend doesn't look to bad. Probably as good as anywhere. Don't know what the rivers will be doing but they do go up and down pretty quick over there.

Just heard a radio report on More FM re: road condotions, Lewis Pass chains needed, Arthurs Pass was 4WD with chains only but somone called up and they are now turning traffic back
so like Fritz we will have to stay home and watch Coronation St
