Whanganui River Trip Sunday 24th Feb

Going for a trip up the Whanganui. Meet at the Motor Boat Club at 10 am and then we'll head up to the launch site up the Whanganui River road. Going to use Scenic Jet's launch site. Let me know if you are interested. Some good adventure boating to be had, river quite low.

20 minutes from boat ramp to launch site. Maybe boating for 3 to 4 hours. Depends on how far we get.

Had an awesome day on the river. River needs to be alot lower yet! Managed to put a sizable hole in the boat though but i didn't have too  bilge pump did the job. Will upload some video soon. Thanks to Brian for tagging along.

Boating was easy, just check out the video. Got all the way to Jerusalem and could have gone alot further but the water looked boring! I have more but it's taking ages to upload

you use to always refer to them as rescue parks when we were boating. I was the one who got stuck
