each year our club
www.jetboatingaustralia.com
hires houseboats on a dam west of sydney. its a great weekend with a choice of boating 2 rivers about 30mins cruise from our camp. the boats are not flash, but they are huge and housed 20 plus people, the hardy ones pitched tents
mof was misbehaved as usual
the obligatory lap around Bathurst

the area is rich in gold, mined in the 1800's, so we tried our luck

I did enjoy driving Matt's wee boat up the white water. His navigation was much more deliberate than when he nav'd in my wee boat last weekend.
One of my kids is still sedated having met the gorilla...
