Steering Knuckle

Is there a standard length for steering knuckles or are there options.
I have just changed from a T3 to a South Cant Jet Mk 3 steering nozzle on my colorado and the knuckle is not fully engaging in the hole in the nozzle.

It should work as long as the knuckle ball does not come out of the hole when on full lock... Cheers JR
