I've been bust this weekend,
This is an extendable draw bar I've just finished. Good for getting the boat back into the water when launching off the beach.
It's folded up at the moment however when it is swung around, extended and locked into position it puts the boat back around 5m. Perfect for getting it into a bit deeper water.

Wahoo that a good idea ( wink/wink )... But check out your local reg's on tow hitchs.... Most will have to be bolted on and not welded... Even tho you only use them for a long launch
Plus check if and or you boat is covered with this type of hitch.... I had a claim a few years back and it was not covered..... Cheers JR

Never thought about insurance claims. Got to be better than pushing the boat and trailer into the water and pulling out with a rope.
