Yamaha pumps with other engines?

Will Yamaha waverunner pumps marry up with other engines like Kawasaki or Polaris? Trying to start a wee boat project, just to get things lined up. Any information will help. Thanks.

wave runner pumps may marry up to kawasaki engines. the rest not without modifying. i have seen a polaris pump mounted onto a yamaha intake. it was really easy to do apparently. i can get pics of it.

the main problem you have with mixing breads is the splines and keyways or whatever else connects motor to driveline are different from brand to brand
