Speaking will be Gary Manch,[responsible for Ecan  Freshwater by-laws, Kaikoura to Waitaki Lakes].
Speaking about current navigation safety by-laws, and Rule 91, with an open Q and A session to follow.
Also in attendance will be Ian Fox, Deputy Harbourmaster, Ecan.
An opportunity for boaties to discuss "rules of the road"
This meeting has been organised by Ronald Clearwater, off his own bat, due to his concern about the number of boaties who appear to be unfamiliar with the rules around ski-lanes and so on. His phone number is 027 286 6831. He would appreciate an RSVP from people keen to attend.
