T3 steering nozzel to fit to a Single Colorado unit

Can anyone help with fitting a T3 steering nozzel to a single stage Colarado unit, Boat hull is a Fi-Glass Fireball and the steering shaft to the old Flaps is different, Ring or Txt me on 0211096481 thanks ..

Easy enough to do Craig.
1, grind off the flap-mounts and get it smooth (no high or low spots);
2, centre nozzle over hole and draw bolt-centres through holes;
3, work out the bolt size you'll use, then drill the holes SMALLER, to suit the thread tap size for the bolts(!!);
4, tap the holes;
5, cut off the bottom of the "S", from the steering shaft;
6, get your welding gear out and add a 'ball' of weld to the end of the shaft to fit the socket in the top of the nozzle - frig about with the grinder to make it fit.

You can actually forget about the welding, by putting a small amount of nylon tube over the cut-off bit - you'll just end up with a tiny amount of steering-slop at dead ahead (- this is what I've got because it's not enough of an issue to bother me).

Don't forget to flip the steering chain under the dash, otherwise left and right will be opposite...
