Not sure exactly but roughly 20 hours per chamber, that's the inner and the outer jacket, fully welded.
More hours in the exhaust than assembling/welding hull.

This is getting the fancy recess bottom plastic insert.

 Plastic fitted and heavy duty bizz grill made.
Also welded exhaust chamber inners up.
