Bit of an update
Ive been tidying up the motor, mainly a Dulux overhaul at this stage. Problem is once i put it in the boat i realised the exhaust protruded 100 foward into my seating area. This is 100 mm i could not afford to loose so i embarked on a modification of the old, double layered, pusey, corroded cast alloy manifold. I think it turned out ok considering,

Do you have any problems with heat effecting the plastic? Why are you using pipe grad rather than a marine HDPE like Seaboard or Marine Pro?
