do you make the ventuies Kim or buy them??   For commercial boats we make them out of S/S  and pleasure boats PVC  [ must use a tap between jetunit and venturi   [just in case you block the venturi and suction stops water could flow into the boat YOU MUST HAVE THE SUCTION HOSE HIGHER THAN THE VENTURI OUTLET other wise water will come back into your boat,   Easy to make There would be members on this site who would make and sell them in NZ.

If the venturi is on the  tailpipe outside the boat install a tap on the suction pipe as it comes through the transom   . [The hose Must be higher than venturi outlet]

Here is one I prepared earlier,  an exploded view just prior to assembly by silver solder . 19mm barb is water from jet (obvioulsy).

The critical dimension to get correct is how far the nozzle protudes into the aperture for the suction line, 2/3 to 3/4 of the way across works a treat

Use 1 inch on the outlet, pay attention to the advice above regarding suction hose and heights, or bad things can happen!

Most jetski units have them, they also include an anti-syphon hole at the highest point of the hose ~0.5mm hole. If you don't have any anti-syphon mechanism your boat will fill-up with water.

Dimensions WRT to the picture above ( it is a Kim design)

clockwise from the 6 o'clock position for the tee piece

25mm  discharge overboard
19 mm  suction line to bilge
13mm pressurized water from the jet This has an insert of the next smaller size Id copper pipe

It is critical to get the discharge point 1/2 to 3/4 of the way across the 19mm hole.   When you fabricate it, test with garden hose pressure , should be able to easily draw a half metre suction up the 19mm ( suction) line.   Fit a strainer to the suction side !
