How does it work?

An elected Board Member remains for a period of 2 years where they then rotate off the board.  They are able to seek re-election.

Our current Board has 4 rotating off with one seeking re-election, 1 standing down and 3 remaining until 2027.

  • Len French - rotating 2027

  • Andrew Collie - rotating 2027

  • Antony Stodart - rotating 2026, seeking re-election

  • David Street - standing down

  • Paul Mullan - rotating 2026, not seeking re-election

  • Paul Vernel - rotating 2027

  • Ronald Clearwater- rotating 2026, not seeking re-election

  • Ross Bailey - rotating 2026, not seeking re-election

If there are more than 9 Board Nominations received by 12 May there will be an election held.  Should nominations total less than 9, all those nominated will be duly elected as Board Members.
